Who we are

Uncut Gemz operates an unreleased song exchange where writers list songs for full-rights buyouts and buyers purchase ownership transfers — not in-app digital content. Writers may upload from this website’s desktop draft flow (/upload, with email or Instagram sign-in) or from the mobile app; finish and publish drafts in the app. Browsing, offers, and buy intent stay in the Uncut Gemz app. Stripe Connect payouts can be set up in the app or at /payouts. Co-writer splits must be confirmed before go-live; a disputed split freezes the listing so it never goes public. Sellers must be free to sell 100% of publishing and master — exclusive publishing or record deals that block that transfer are not allowed. Uncut Gemz is a marketplace venue only and does not clear or guarantee title; sellers (not Uncut Gemz) are responsible for unauthorized listings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account, list a song, make an offer, or complete a purchase.

Payments

Buyer checkout is completed on Uncut Gemz’s secure checkout via Stripe after you start a purchase in the app. Writer payouts use Stripe Connect (set up in the app under Profile → Stripe Connect, or on this site at /payouts). Uncut Gemz does not store full card or bank account numbers in the app.
